Thera-Band Band Loops for the first time provide continuous loop elastic bands in the same colors and resistances as authentic Thera-Band System of Progressive Resistance.  They feature 4 resistance levels, including Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue supplied in  flat lengths of 8".   The 3" wide loops can be used for a variety of applications, particularly lower body exercises to increase strength and balance.
