The ViscoHeel N Heel Cushions provide excellent shock absorption and heel cushioning. Type N cushions are shaped like symmetrical wedges and can also be used individually to compensate for different leg lengths (approx. 1 cm), or can be worn in both shoes to cushion painful heels without altering leg length. This medical grade visco-elastic heel cushion reduces shock load to the joints and back. Sold in pairs only.

Comfortable and long lasting. Easy to clean with soap and warm water. Available in pairs to prevent leg length discrepancies. Can be switched from one pair of shoes to another. Cushion is anatomically contoured and has a heel rim so it won't slide in the shoe.  There is a 4º of tilt with this insert.
